The staff was really helpful to get the room we expected in the first place, also to help us with general questions. We felt welcomed and also enjoyed the eventful evening and night in their sangria bar and restaurant. It was charming and the food tasty. The room was ample, there was hot pleasant water in the shower, the room was clean and the bed felt like a paradise

All staff were friendly, the superior queen room was spacious however the bathroom needed a more detailed clean. There was also no city view as listed on Booking.com in fact the view from the room was very poor, overlooking rooftops covered in rubbish. The Sangria bar on the rooftop was sensational with the best Mai Tai (alcoholic) cocktails ever! There was a huge selection of food & drinks, the setting was gorgeous with stunning views of the lake and live music during the evening. Food here was also delicious & although I would prefer to stay at a better property, I’d definitely return to the rooftop bar!

First and foremost, the hotel has an incredible swimming pool, beautiful rooms and a staff worth mentioning. Throughout my stay right from the point of check in to the end of stay it was a super comfortable and memorable one. I was sceptical about the breakfast and food first, but believe me it was worth every penny. I was about to go to other places for food but ended up having all the meals in Sangria the restaurant. I stayed with my wifey and she specially liked the spa treatment. It was a fantastic stay!!!

Fantastic room, comfortable bed. Very quiet area, but music from rooftop comes till late night. Beautiful seating area outside.

Excellent Property the staff was amazing Speacially Mr. Pushpendra from front office was exceptionally nice. The Beds were cozy and nice the overall appeal of the resort was very inviting all the aminities are great and exceed the expectations. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delish... I will visit this property everytime I'll come to udaipur Thank you team swaroop vilas to making our stay so amazing....

Staff quite helpful but scope for improvement, Breakfast was good, Dinner we ordered & was good. As Genius Guest we had free Breakfast but hotel was not informed & had to call hotel reservation 3 to 4 times.
